FEM, Abaqus, sequentially coupled analysis

I am attempting to perform a sequentially coupled thermal analysis of a column using Abaqus. I have already done 90% of the job. I ran the heat transfer model and it worked, but when I run the mechanical model by uploading the heat transfer as a predefined field it gives me an error: too many attempts for this increment. I have been struggling with error and I seek help. Can anyone please help me obtain the right results? All the geometry and material props are already done. I will provide you the cae and odb that I have. This should be very easy to solve.
