asp.net ajax contact us user control and backend user control

I need the following written in C sharp as a user control: An ASP Contact us user control: The user control must have the following Name Postal Code email address Tel No Message Catchpa (visibility and use controled via bool (true/false) value when starting control) I want the control to be customisable via CSS and use jQuery for Validation and sending I need a web service written so that the data can be passed from the form into a SQL Server 2008 Database i want to be able to specify the web service location from starting of the control Upon submission to the web service an e-mail should be sent to both the person who made the enquiry The web service will use a [login to view URL] file in XML form to get the following deails DB Connection String Default e-Mail From Address Default From Name e-mail server name e-mail server port e-mail server username e-mail server password e-Mail Impotance Default e-mail address to send I need a second control & web service written to work in the back end of the app I'm writing This web service will read the same [login to view URL] file from the web service and display an Ajax paginated grid of all the contact forms submitted in a data grid. This grid will auto re-size to the size of the asp.net tab i place it in If possible i would prefer this control to use [login to view URL] 2.1 for a tab and paginated grid
