ASP.NET Ordering Wizard

I have a site being developed in ASP.NET (VB.NET code). I don't have the time to finish the order completion and my account parts. The database is already complete and the 'add to cart' portion is done. For this particular site the order completion process is fairly complex with 5 steps. 1. Login Page (login, new account, password reminder) 2. File Upload (2 files at once w/ description) 3. Shipping - (support for saved addresses, new addresses) 4. Billing - (store credit card in db, view saved credit card, we'll implement the actual merchant processing later on) 5. Review and Submit - (complete order summary) The product pages for this site add the order data as an xml string which is assigned in the database and referenced to the [login to view URL] variable. You will need to parse the xml file to obtain order data during the checkout process. We'll also need a basic 'my account' page to check order status after the order is submitted. Please note that this project is a Visual Studio 2005 project developed in VB.NET with the .NET 2.0 framework. Do not bid unless you can work in that language and platform. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2003 Server, SQL Server 2005, Visual Studio 2005, ASP.NET 2.0
