BHO (Internet Explorer plugin/Add-On) for adding script and FORM elements

I require a small Microsoft-Internet-Explorer plugin that will perform the following duties: 1. Detect when individual web pages are loaded: not graphics, and not when the "page load is complete" - but when the actual HTML or JavaScript page itself is fully loaded, regardless of how many other images and frames etc might still be loading. 2. Call an internal module named "rnmodify" when the above occurs, passing in the URL of the page (the actual page that was loaded - not the main frameset page or anything else) and anything else required. 3. The internal module "rnmodify" will have a list of URLs (either exact URLs, or containing wildcards), and when the incoming page matches one of these URLs, it will modify the web page (see step 4) 4. When an incoming web page is identified as needing modification, the "rnmodify" module must look up its external table of modifications to be applied for the URL which is being loaded. Within this list will be some "data to search for", and some "data to insert" - the module should find the "search" data, then insert the "insert" data. 4b. see below 5. see below 6. see below This is a project I also have posted under "Elance". LOTS of helpful comments. I'm a good programmer, so I do *not* want comments like this:- i++; /* increment i */ ... But I do not know much about IE plugins, so I *do* want comments after lines like this:- hr = spHTMLElement-> insertAdjacentHTML([login to view URL](iIndex), [login to view URL](iIndex)); which explain exactly what the line is doing, what it is returning, and what all the paramaters are for. 4.
