Basic Java Mobile App

I have a website I am working on that I want to make a basic mobile application using NetBeans (6.1 or higher). For now, I just want text boxes and submit buttons. It will call https URLs and get basic "success" or "invalid ***" type basic messages. I am attaching two images that show what I want in regards to the text boxes. Basically, I want people to be able to create invoices and charge cards from their cell phone. The first image shows the text boxes to create an invoice, and then the second image shows all the data for charging a card. Some data is optional, and should have a * or something to show it is required. So, here are the first three options on the main menu: Send Invoice Charge Card Setup Send Invoice screen allows the user to input customer info and hit submit. A response will come back as successful or failed message. Required fields are name, email OR cell phone, amount and comments. Charge Card screen allows user to charge a credit card and hit the submit button. Response will be success or a failure message. Required fields are name, card number, expiration, card security code (csc), amount and comments. Setup screen just has one text field that has a cell phone number and a submit button that saves the phone number for the person in a RecordStore of the person's phone. This will be used to pass into the https links for authentication. Every time the application starts it must prompt for a pin number (which will also be used to pass into the https links for authentication). That's it! I will provide you with the https links needed. If you do a good job, I have a lot of work from here on out for you since I want to add to this program and make more. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
