Back-up software

Im looking to make a backup software that will be compatible with our web-backup. ## Deliverables build a Windows Client-based application project in Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 with the following features:- 1. In general, there will be an option to select a file/folder. This folder or file will be backed up, if it has changed since the time it was last backed up. 2. There will be an option to specify where the files get backed up. an option to upload the back-up to an FTP Server. There will be options to specify and configure the FTP Connection Details, that need to be used to upload the backup document. 3. There will be an option to encrypt the content that is backed-up, and also compress it. 4. to restore the content that was backed-up earlier. There will also be possibility to manage multiple versions of the content being backed up. 5. There will be an easy-to-use interface to access all options. 6. There will be an option to measure upload/download speeds. 7. we will need the source code. 8. There will be an option to restore backed-up files. 9. Drag files from ones side in the application to another would mean you are taking a back-up. 10. You can limit the maximum file transfer rate speed so that it doesn’t consume all bandwidth. 11. You can upload multiple files/folders. 12. have an option to build a backup scheduler. 13. During a scheduled backup, if the backup fails for some reason, it will be possible to complete the backup next time, starting from where it stopped. 14) be able to know how much space is lest on the back up (ex: if we give 5GB and he uploads 3GB then he will know that he has 2GB left and it won’t let him upload something more than that amount) 15)be able to back up new files that was added to a folder (ex: if someone adds one file to the document for example it will know that there is a new file in the folder and not just upload the folder without the new file it will also take the new file) 16)are you able to have the backup make instant backups automatically?
