We are a real estate appraisal firm. We provide appraisal reports to banks. We are looking to create a CD to provide to our clients that contains some brochure-like information, but also contains the qualifications of our appraisers, pdfs of redacted sample reports, a slide show of pictures of properties appraised and a pdf of our liability insurance policy. We are also looking to revise an existing website as we changed our name and our logo. We have a new domain name, but it has not
been constructed. Our old website is [[login to view URL]][1]. The website is really just an online brochure.
Upon insertion of a CD, we envision a file opening with our logo with a menu superimposed on the logo. Perhaps each menu item appears one at a time, as in that shockwave flash file These are the items the viewer can click on from the main menu: 1. general information about our company and services. 2. pdf files with qualifications (resumes) of our appraisers 3. pdfs 3 or 4 sample reports (these are generally about 50 to 100 pages long and are each about 5-10 mg in size). 4. a slide show of photos of properties appraised 5. a pdf of our liability insurance policy.
That's it. We see that this CD can be used to create our website subsequently. But at the moment we are most interested in the CD.
