Database Querying Software(repost)

Hello, I am looking for bidders on a software solution to query an online database, and then compare those results with an Excel sheet of data.? Here are the specifics: 1.? The software must be able to query the database, based on user input.? The database is miRBase, located at? <[login to view URL]>.? 2.? The software will then take the results that come out of the database and compare them with an Excel sheet,? exporting data that appears in both the Excel sheet and the database to a new sheet for the query that was input. Please let me know if you require any additional information to bid. I would like to keep the bid amount in the range of $50 or less, but am willing to entertain higher bids as well based on experience of the coder. I am making an effort to respond to each of you individually as well, but wanted to provide some clarification to the entire group. To give you more background, this software will be used to analyze microRNAs, tiny RNA molecules that bind to mRNA to prevent translation of the mRNA into protein. When I query the database for a particular gene, it provides a list of microRNAs that target that gene. We have a list of microRNAs that we are interested in. The software would take the target list coming from the database, compare it against our list of microRNAs that we are interested in, and create a new sheet with the microRNAs that we are interested in that target the queried gene. In the bid request, it was initially stated that the goal would be to compare data from the database with that in the Excel sheet, with the software highlighting the data in the Excel sheet that is in common with the database. It would be even better if the software could create a new sheet that lists the data in common between the database and Excel sheet for a particular query. I realize that this sounds complicated, although in principle it is not. I initially thought that it was the entire database. Instead, it appears to be raw data. The miRBase algorithim analyzes these data in a very specific way, therefore, it will be important for this software to query the database online, located at [login to view URL], since the .txt file does not contain the algorithim that we need.
