C++ Program for JPG resize and organize

A Windows OS program needs to be created to allow specific organization of image files and view of same files on removeable media. Specific functions for this NON IMAGE EDITING program are: **Part A - Desktop Application** 1/ Desktop software to browse local hard drive. 2/ User will select and then Drag and Drop images into an Image Bucket for processing. 3/ PROCESSING- Reformat and resize each individual image automaticly from existing format (any format image file) (JPG, TIFF, GIF, PSD etc. ) to a 72 dpi image and then the images need to be resized to 1024x768 all in a batch operation. - also - optional tools needed - annotation on resized images for Text Caption, and text layer on top of image. Selection of image for image attributes- to be discussed with coder. 4/ Transfer reformated images to a removeable drive. (CD-Rom or USB Drive- Also as a menu item, batch process **Part B - Removeable Drive - Application** 1/ Upon inserting CD Rom - USB Flash Drive, Part B will launch - 2/ Basic start-up screen for basic user instructions to select from a menu various options- 3/ a/Run Slide Show b/ edit slide show (adjust slide show effects, image transistion, annotations, private (do not display), etc. c/ Import images from Hard drive d/ back up slide show folders other options tbd with coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows OS- Widows 98 to current XP
