c# windows client program

We need someone to write a commercial windows program in C#. He needs to be similar with windows GUI programming, .net, web services. We prefer a software engineer from China I have written a first working version of this software, almost bug free, but it needs much additional work to get it even better. This software will: 1. use http web request to download user data from web(I already did) 2. Call web service to get info, and based on that info and user configuration, adjust user data (I did it initially, but it needs a lot of additional new features based by different user configurations.) There is another commercial software by other company and I want this one to match features of that company 3. provide more options to let user adjust his data(your work) 4. better user interface 5. You need to be familiar with c#, GUI, web service, some XML config, NUnit, and Obfuscator As a programmer myself, I expect this is a 2 months full time work. This should all be done in c# ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows C#
