Dear Sir, I am an electronics and pcb designer. I can to your job quite easily. I did a similar job a few moths ago for a film studio that wanted a LED dress for a group of its dancers that could be on and off by the dancers. This was a good project as I made a series of such circuits for LEDs installed on the cloths. Besides, neck, they covered legs, arms, front part of the body as well as hat of the dancers. In addition to , cad and cam files, I can provide you with details of how LEDs where attached to the cloths. Please provide me with such details as the number of LEDs that you want to use, their type, do you need the system to work with battery, as it is supposed to be mobile like the case I mentioned above.
