Need an image processing and machine vission engineer

I need you to use some image processing on passports (machine readable zones), utility bills and identify documents from our country . I need the following to be done in python using opencv or if you suggest another image processing library then we can discuss You will get all the below as images jpeg. They will be different sizes and orientation so some preprocessing is required 1) passport Extract the passport number expiration date and cropped picture 2) Utility bill Extract address and date created. Maybe dump all text in the document and use regex since different utility bills from different companies look different 3) identity document Extract d number, expiration date and cropped picture
