Design me a Product

I would like to design a new kid's room product which is basically a combination of the following products in one gadget: 1. the Gro-clock ([login to view URL]), basically it has a light (in blue and yellow) and it will go to yellow at specific time and before then it will remain blue 2. a children room IP camera which will allow user to see what the kid is doing by remotely connected to this camera 3. a baby audio monitor, like this one ([login to view URL]) which essentially alerts the parents when the baby is crying 4. a music player which will play some soothing music for the kid I would like the above four to be fused into one prototype, also i want the device to be able to be connected to the internet and people can use smart phone to control this device, such as what time to turn the lights yellow, what music to be played, what angle to view the kid etc, all achieved through mobile devices. The total manufacturing cost for this device should not exceed USD1,000.
