I would need from the owner of land to get photo's of all sides of site with a topological survey of the area to get a good idea of what is plausible for the site. I would like to discuss the client likes & dis-likes in order to get a clear picture of what the client would like to end up with. I would need a small amount of the money before beginning with a further percentage after half way through, with the remainder on completion.
