build a "scraper"

I am looking for a Scraper (In PowerShell) at a Fixed Price Bid App would Auto-run daily each hour (one after the other) when any of the 10 searches are filled, starting at 6am (system time) and ending after the 10pm searches. (The computer will be left on with the firefox (or IE?) browser running with Windows 10). Want to be able to import (copy & paste) and run up to 10 different google flight searches hourly as example below: 1. See attached jpg of search results. Then pick the first displayed price (red arrow) in each of the 10 searches and label it with the “a”value, “f” value (DEN) and the first “t” value of that search ( “t”= LHR in the #1search above). “a”, “f” & “t” separated by hyphen (-) and space between the destination and price. Include date and time as below: “Mar 2, 8:04am, UA-DEN-LHR $1439, UA-DEN-SYD $1205,” etc Compile the hourly results and immediately email results to me. I want to receive only the latest hour’s compilation. If #6 for example is empty, go on to #7. Results for empty #6 need not be reported. And Save results to: c:\Users/Larry\ My Documents\Fare Search\[login to view URL] into the first available Row (see attached excel spreadsheet) along with date and time Sufficient lag times (maybe 10 seconds?) needs to be introduced between searches to allow the search to (populate?) and not alarm the target website I am certainly open to any enhancement suggestions. I will need installation and operating instructions. I can usually communicate by email fairly quickly or by phone. However, I am abit hard of hearing and sometimes phone conversations are not productive.
