Designing of New Manufacturing floor layout for increased productivity

Hi, I need help to complete a report. This is an engineering report which is about redesigning a manufacturing floor layout. You will need some manufacturing system knowledge such as the type of production (Batch prodtn, mass prodtn etc.) and type of manufacturing layout (cellular layout, process layout etc..)I do not expect very in depth knowledge, some would do. Below in details are what I need you to do. I need you to help in 2 chapters. 1) Solution and development 1.1 a short para that the company is adapting batch production. because.... ... list the advantages. 1.2 a short para that the company is adapting a hybrid manufacturing layout (cellular & process). because ... list the advantages. 1.3 Para of the solution stated in 1.1 & 1.2. and how to development solution (e.g. company meeting, autocad, considerations - use own words) 1.4 Conclusion (i will provide a finalise layout and objectives) a short para of the objectives met, improve material flow, increased workstation , process segregated .. etc .. 2) Solution Implementation 2.1 introduction - stages i) sourcing, ii) implementation 2.2. how sourcing done 2.3 how to implement: example- identify date, help from operators, stop production etc.. 2.4 conclusion - implementation successful .. Time is crucial, i need it in 7 days. i need you to give me some update in 3-4 days and complete in 7 days. we can discus if you need more days. i expect each chapter about 1500 words. that means about 3000 words min for 2 chapters.
