I have build several different CRM systems in Access. I would be more than happy to demo a few of them for you so that you can see the kind of work I do. I have built these systems for a bakery, a paint company, a door sales company just to name a few. These systems have ordering, inventory, purchasing, automated creatiom of invoice pdfs, automated emailing of invoices just to name a few key functions. Hello, I'm an very experienced MS Access developer. I've created databases like the one you've provided for a number of companies worldwide including Microsoft, lululemon and major UK banks. I only recently created a quoting database for a road services company in Australia which included invoicing, margins, product categories, etc. My proposal would include all of the items specified in your breif and specifically contain: -System to link to existing excel data files -System to be able to send invoices, create emails (assume outlook?), -Reporting as requested (assuming data required for requested reports is available in excel sheets) I would welcome the opportunity to discuss and outline how I would design the system to meet your needs.
