Affiliate Associate is responsible for generating and expanding new & existing affiliate partnerships with the goal of driving new customers while representing our brand effectively. The ideal candidate must demonstrate effective leadership, direction and time management of skills.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Affiliate/CPA marketing strategy to align with business objectives
Prospect, negotiate, develop, and manage affiliate partnerships to maximize relationships and increase revenue
Coordinate cross-department with internal teams on behalf of partners to ensure campaign success
Monitor and report on affiliate revenues to maximize improvements on ROI
Study partner campaign performance, aggregate best practices, share leading creatives, and encourage partners to leverage past learnings of the collective
Report KPIs and campaign performance weekly
Proactively evaluate and test new affiliate and publisher networks
Evaluate and advise on best technology platforms on behalf of affiliate team
Position Requirements:
2+ years affiliate marketing and business development experience
Knowledge of affiliate and publisher networks
A high level of understanding of CPA, CPL, EPC, LTV, & ROI
Be a flexible, driven team player
Possess an in-depth understanding in direct response marketing, e-commerce marketing and/or digital advertising
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Sales-driven, results-oriented and numbers-based decision maker
