Web site testing

I have a company developing a website for me. The website is to be used by nightclubs to manage guest lists and table bookings. The development is scheduled to last 4 weeks, but it may take longer. I need a tester to go though the deliverables coming in from the developers that come in once a day. The site consists of 12 pages (see [login to view URL]). The developer may deliver several iterations on one or more pages, depending on how many bugs/inconsistencies etc. there may be. Currently, they're doing the front end (JS, CSS, HTML), later they will do the PHP coding. They do testing themselves, but it's not adequate (but the worst bugs should be sorted out). The key to this job is to be VERY detail oriented. This site has to be near-perfect before it's ready for launch. I have attached an example of some of my bug reports, so you can see what kind of detail level I'm looking for. The payment needs to be something like 10% upfront, 10% after first three testing rounds and so on, because if you're not detail oriented enough (and therefore do not test properly), I can't afford to waste money on a large upfront payment.
