Build a simple scale animation in Java for android keypad.

I am looking for someone who can build a scale animation for my virtual keyboard. When there is a Key-down event, the key's background should shrink then on Key-up it should come back to the normal position. Please look at the sample video for a better understanding. I want to create the same animation as the keypress animation shown in the video.
