Medical Notebook

My project is simple and i would like make simple medical patient notebook ( Smartphone application) for every patient to help them to keep their simple medical record like diagnosis, medications, medical records, medical appointments, investigations, consultation ... etc to use it at any time and any place. Work on both systems IOS and Android ( If the price acceptable or it is enough to make it for Android ) 2. Bilingual ( Arabic and English) 3. Make simple design if possible 4. Can be updated at least every 3 months once or more 5. Time is flexible for my project 6. Good quality with acceptable budget 7. Technical Support ( If available ) 8.
