Amateur animated/cartoon show pilot

A friend and I wrote an animated pilot and would LOVE to have it see the light of day. That said, this job is a pretty tall order. We don't at all expect the highest level of animation our budget, but regardless the show has a lot of characters/settings/props plus a run time of 20 minutes or so. We'd love to work with someone on a budget that works for us, as we're effectively working stiffs looking to realize a dream. Thanks for reading guys! Script available upon request.
