We are currently in need of a full-time bookkeeper to handle tasks related to property management. The scope of work includes: - Accounting: Managing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring that all transactions are well-documented and organized. - Financial reporting: Creating comprehensive and accurate financial reports. The successful candidate must have: - Intermediate experience with AppFolio, as this is the platform we use for property management. - Experience in managing accounting and financial reporting, preferably in the property management sector. - BOTH of the above are needed The ability to efficiently use AppFolio for property management and accounting tasks is critical for this position.
