25 Blog Posts: Moving / New To Florida / Real Estate

I am looking for writers for a blog about moving to Florida and particularly home maintenance. The focus Is on informing home owners about the specifics and differences of maintaining and improving a home in Florida. For example, an A/C system in Florida only lasts about 10 years (compared to 20+ in most other parts of the country), and all of the homes have a screen enclosure of the pool. We also cover some lifestyle based topics, like best restaurants, dealing with the home owners association, but the primary focus is on home improvement / maintenance (we generally do NOT get into DIY / how to content). Target audience: 55+ retiring to Florida and have just bought a single family home (or will be). Avatar: The avatar of the site is a 65 year old male, who purchased a home in Florida a few years ago, and is learning about the uniqueness of maintaining his property in Florida as he goes. Our target price is $30 for 1000 word post. Writers should be to generate their own topics.
