Writer To Write Catchy Blurbs for Viral Style Image List Blog Posts for a Home and Garden Gallery Site

I'm looking for a content writer who can write for a viral-style home decor site. The goal will be, given an article topic, to come up with 20 to 40 images (I can help assign some of the images initially). *****YOU MUST Be a Native English Speaker born in a Native English Speaking Country (Canada, America, UK, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand). NOTE - I won't hire anyone who is not. If you are applying and not a native English speaker, I won't even consider you and even more, it means you never read the job specification anyways*********** == WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN== * write short, viral style blurbs that are highly catchy * is able to create posts from the backend of wordpress blogs and edit via the wordpress admin panel. * Find beautiful photos that best match the list entry topic (via google images, flickr, pinterest, google search) * Write a blurb ABOUT that photo and do it in such a way it's highly entertaining * Do research about the topic. All the topics will be a photo tour of that destination / topic, as such, you will need to be able to write convincingly about that topic in your photo blurbs * write COMPLETELY unique content -- ALL article will be checked via copyscape. If we find you have copy and pasted sections, you will be fired and not paid. So run all your work through copyscape before submitting because we check! == WRITING STYLE FOR LISTS == * A list style article (i.e. 'The 10 Biggest Swimming Pools in the World' or '20 Stunning Photos of the Largest Cruise Ship' '34 Stunning Hanging Garden Baskets' or '23 Deadly Hiking Trails in the World'). Lists will range from 1000 words to 4000 words with most about 1500 to 2000. *A catchy, DETAILED introduction to the topic / list -- about 200-300 words, broken up into 3 or 4 paragraphs. *A gorgeous photo you find on the web about that topic / place / location / area for each entry on the list. It will be 729x533 in size. The site in question will be a home and garden site, so finding stunning photos that exactly describe the list entry / topic will key and a significant part of your job. * Below each photo, you will write one paragraph describing the picture in an entertaining way - about 50 to 60 words each entry * Each photo + blurb will be a list entry * The blurbs will be a conversation with the reader. So for some of the lists, each blurb will take the reader through the list, compelling them to continue to read. You will need to a) find the right (gorgeous) photo and b) write a blurb that describes that photo in a entertaining way that keeps in mind the overall list title. * You will be responsible for posting the article, inserting the images, and formatting it correctly on the wordpress backend. THIS will be part of the job. == THE PAYMENT == Most articles will be 1000-2000 words. Lists with 10-15 items with about 1000 words: $15 Lists with 20-25 items with 1500 words: $25 Lists with 30-35 items with about 2000 words: $35 Lists with 35-50 items with about 2500 words: $45 Lists with 100 items with about 5000 words: $70 The project will entail (at the start) about 30 articles and roughly $500-$700 to start off.
