Website Evaluation

This bid is for an honest & detailed Website Evaluation to the questions in the zipped file. I'm looking for developers/programmers using VS 2008 but if you are already using VS 2010 then please state so. To win this bid I ask you for a short answer to question 2 in Corrections.
