New Web Directory Site Design - Using ASP/SQL Server

I am looking to have a new web site developed using ASP and SQL Server. The web site is a web directory similar to <[login to view URL]> for a specific niche market. - We will provide the hosting account and login information. - There is a design already prepared for this web site. - The web site will be developed using classic ASP with a SQL Server 2005 Express database. - The web site will allow users to register and add their web site URL and description. Users will pay for this service utilizing 2Checkout.com. - There is no need for an Admin area as categories for the directory will be added directly into SQL Server. There will be approximately 200 categories. - User registration will consist of a one-time registration form. Once the user has registered and added their web site URL to the site, they will not be able to update their information. - The site must be SEO optimized using a well organized CSS file and containing as little bloat HTML code as possible. Thank you, Mark ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
