BigCommerce: Upgrade theme to include structured data

We;re using the theme BlackStore Black (heavily customized), which is an older theme, that apparently does not use structured data. GWT says it does not detect any structured data on the site. Our Blackstore Black theme is so heavily customized that it may bear little resemblance to the original theme. For example we had it customized to meet the "mobile friendly" requirements of Google, two years ago or so. We like the present appearance and functionality of the site, except for the lack of structured data and the fact that the theme is aging. We want to keep the present appearance and functionality as-is, as much as possible. This project is to upgrade (or migrate) our BigCommerce theme to a modern theme of the latest generation, while at the same time keeping the present appearance and functionality as-is, as much as possible. Create the new Theme (and migration to the new theme) first in a "sandbox" type of environment so that we can see it working, and work out any issues, before going live on the new theme.
