Hey, I reviewed the two documents you shared and based on what I understand, some parts like for example those under ORAL MOTOR ASSESSMENT seem to come from some standard lists. Right? Such parts of the report could be made such that they come as a selection from drop-down. However, some text like REASON FOR REFERRAL seems to be free text and as such need to be manually entered. Is my understanding correct so far? If we create a 'Report Builder' kind of arrangement that will allow you to select sections to be show and also content under each, this should make the report generation process very efficient for you. I have done similar projects but not in medical domain so I will need your help in understanding the structure of reports.
