Move Files into Folders based on Filename (in Windows)

I need a small standalone application made for use within Windows which can move individual files into different folders based on the first few characters of their filename. The application should be able to process all files within a folder (perhaps upto 1000 files present) and create folders if they do not already exist. e.g. Move [login to view URL] into a folder called \IMAGE01\Subfolder1\ if the script was based on the first 6 characters of the filename. e.g. Move [login to view URL] into a folder called IMAGE02\Subfolder1\ if the script was based on the first 6 characters of the filename. The application must also be able to run a second check for a specific set of characters within the filename after the first few characters as per previous search, and if they are also present, then move the file to a different subfolder. e.g. [login to view URL] would move to C:\IMAGE01\Subfolder1\ if the script was based on the first 7 characters of the filename. e.g. [login to view URL] would move to C:\IMAGE01\Subfolder2\ if the search criteria was '.600' Finally, both of the scripts above must have a filename check at the beginning which adds an extra folder level. e.g. Move [login to view URL] into a folder called \IMA\IMAGE01\Subfolder1\ if the first 3 characters are checked, then the script was based on the first 6 characters of the filename. e.g. Move [login to view URL] into a folder called IMA\IMAGE02\Subfolder1\ if the first 3 characters are checked, then the script was based on the first 6 characters of the filename. e.g. [login to view URL] would move to C:\IMA\IMAGE01\Subfolder1\ based on first 3 character check then first 7 characters checked e.g. [login to view URL] would move to C:\IMA\IMAGE02\Subfolder2\ based on first 3 character check then first 7 characters checked, then search criteria of '.600' added. I need the application to have these options: Select path folder for all of the source files e.g. C:\Source Files\ Select path folder for the output folder to search within C:\OUTPUT IMAGES\ Subfolder Name for General Search e.g. Subfolder1 Subfolder Name for search criteria e.g. Subfolder2 Root folder number of characters to check e.g. 3 Name folder number of characters to check e.g. 7 Search criteria for subfolder move e.g. '.600' The application must be able to work with network paths (e.g. \loungepc\photos\) - You MUST be a good communicator (have a good understanding of English and use MSN Messenger or Skype, where you are online at some point during 10.00-17.00 GMT - The project must be completed within 5 days of starting work.
