Get FTP directory listing in VB.NET framework 4.5.2

- I need to get directory files list from FTP site with valid username / password. - the following code works with .NET 2.0 However when tried in .NET 4.5.2 it generates remote server returned an error 227 entering passive mode. - please bid only if you can work on it. - this is a very simple project No high bids please.
