On this occasion I will share some typical Indonesian food that can be served for food trucks
1. Lumpia.
The spring rolls (Lumpia) consist of thinly sliced whole wheat flour which is used as packing goods which are generally bamboo shoots, eggs, fresh vegetables, meat, or seafood. Food can be directly or fried first. Suitable for busy workers and still get nutrition.
2. Pempek
This food is made from tapioca flour dough (kanji) and fish. Pempek served with fried first. Once fried, pempek given vinegar sauce. Usually pempek contains eggs and accompanied by noodles and cucumbers. Suitable served in cold weather.
3. Otak-Otak
Food made from minced mackerel meat wrapped in banana leaves, baked, and served with a spicy sauce or ordinary sauce. Suitable for snack.
4. Sate Bandeng (Milkfish Satay)
Made of dried milkfish, spiced meat and put back into the skin, then stabbed or clamped bamboo stems, then burned with charcoal.
