Boys Soccer Team (12yr olds) Individual Caricatures Souvenir

Manager Parent of local boys competitive league soccer team of 12 year olds in Montreal Canada area driven by volunteers and parents. We had a great 2011 summer season winning 3 tournaments and league championship and looking for something special for the kids to remember their unique contribution to the success of the team this season. We have a parents/kids season wrap-up dinner Sunday Oct 16 and looking to unveil individual caricatures that highlights each kid's unique talent or development this season so they can remember each other. Kids will likely scan or post electronic version on their Facebook pages later on. There were 22 boys soccer players, 3 coaches, and 1 manager which means 26 people to draw something.... Looking for black & white caricature / cartoon like drawing with medium level of detail with some blue on jersey with assigned jersey number, recognizable facial/body based on larger head, basic setting with a few basic soccer players around and a net with goalie to illustrate individual characteristic. The team logo is based on a Griffon with logo attached. Would be nice touch to have a little live Griffon on the shoulder of the player acting like a guardian. Could be drawn once in few poses and reused / copied on each player shoulders. No problem with drawing background net with goalie in a few poses and electronically reusing with the various players caricatures. For each I would provide a few pictures highlighting face, jersey number and characteristic to illustrate. Example player input attached in PDF format. Only color would be some blue on jersey to bring further attention to the player itself. Kids would be drawn with their back facing us to show their jersey number and face looking at us. Delivery would be in electronic PDF version (e.g. scanned) that I could then print. Would be OK with 3 milestone payment after first 3 players, 12 players, and final delivery.
