Youtube Comment rater/Thumb up Software

I need a bot that: - Works on mac OS - can thumbs up the comments posted until they reach the 1st Top Comments spot - the bot has to be quick at rating up comments and not slow like most of the free ones around - The bot also needs to have a proxy feature to it The bot doesn't have to post any comments it just needs to thumbs up the comment so its on the top spot. Since YouTube change constantly, please don't bid if you haven't programmed something similar in the last months, because it's MANDATORY that you are familiar and knows how to overcome recent YouTube limitations..That's also why I've been so concise, you must know very well the YouTube system and the basics to bid on this projects. I'd also like to know your price for future updates I will not pay more than 100$
