Get decent photography done; sort out the 404 missing pages; decide whether LRC is an "its" or a "we". Quick example: We focus primarily on providing engineering support and design services for projects at all stages of development to both public agencies and private companies. You don't need primarily - you either focus on something or you don't. I'd split the second section into two - stages of development, from xxx to yyy.
