Proposal to compile a large C++ software

A software startup company went bankruptcy a few years ago. The source code (c++ developed using Microsoft Visual Studio) became open. We downloaded all the source code for the medical application called “radworks” from their Clear Case(a version control tool they used). The startup company had a perl process (quite sophisticated) to build the software directly from the version control site – ClearCase. The build process generates “[login to view URL]” and all necessary files to install the application. We need to develop scripts/processes to compile and build the source code as their perl build process is too difficult to follow though the perl code will also be included in the source code under the folder named “build” . Please note this is a large software application. Please don’t bid at this point, just let me know if you are sincerely interested. I will pick programmers that have deep understanding of large software development to send you the source code. You then assess the effort and give your bid. It would be nice if you have an ftp site for me to transfer the source code files.
