My animal rescue is a government recognized 501 C3, non profit organization in the LA area. I am just starting out and I need a "case for support statement" or "case statement" written which is a shorter but detailed version of a business plan and is needed to gain potential donors. This is geared more toward wealthy individuals and corporations as opposed to the average joe. The statement needs to be flashy and eye catching but not to wordy. Something that gives all the important points with out droning on but is interesting and to the point. It will need to include some photos, schematics, graphs and charts. I have all the data that you will need. I cannot undertake this task myself due to time limitation and my lack of expertise in this area. I am looking for a professional touch.
