I work for for a small mortgage company and we have been trying to implement Zoho CRM as a "lead" database for all of our clients (borrowers, realtors, etc.). We are not looking to implement our website with Zoho CRM. We want to use it mainly as a lead database to keep track of clients data. We currently use Microsoft excel as our lead database and have started importing contacts. We know that Zoho has many capabilities but we don't know how to use them.
We are looking for a type of support than can show us how to use those different capabilities through screen-sharing platforms. Below is a short list of items we would like figure out if we can or can not do with Zoho:
- Set up auto-emails for holidays, birthdays, quarterly newsletters, etc.
- Linking contacts to their social media profiles such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Linking Zoho to Mailchimp
- Using the Zoho iPhone application (recording calls & emails)
We are looking for the type of support that we can set up a time to screen-share and have someone show us how to up what we want. If the first session goes well, we use you for more sessions later. But for right now. We are only looking for someone that will be paid hourly ($8 - $25/hour) for the screen-sharing sessions.
I have served as a senior software engineer, having 6.8+ years of experience in .Net and other Microsoft technologies. I have hands-on experience with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2005, 2011, SalesForce CRM.
