This is a basic summery of what I want to do and what I am looking for We are listing real estate and a business for sale and would like to a virtual assistant to screen calls and provide forms to people who inquire. • Take down basic contact information of prospective buyers o Full name, phone number, fax number, email • Provide a non-disclosure form (that I will provide) to prospective buyers to fill out o Upon receipt of a filled out non-disclosure, you would forward that to me and I will contact them • I would prefer Pacific standard time which is UTC -8 • Yes I would provide script We are looking for part time staff. How do you charge? Do you charge by how much time you actually spend this account or do we request blocks of your time? Requirements, Must have great English speaking, writing and reading skills Have excellent skills working with email, efax and interpersonal skills over the phone. Scripts Hello my name is _______ _________ and thank you for calling about a property and business that is for sale. (Wait for response) I can only confirm the price if you would like more information and maybe meet the owners of the property and business. I will need to take down your basic contact information and I will need you to fill out and sign a non-disclosure agreement. Once I have these things I will forward your information to the property owner and he or his representative will contact you and answer any further questions you have about the property or business and set up a time to view the premises. ¬ Prospective buys responses/questions I am not sure what times of other questions they may ask. Please make a note of them and email me. Tell the prospective buyer that you will get back to them with the answer.
