Most common points from large text

We have conducted a survey and found what two things that we are good at and what two things that we need to improve. about 1200 participants responded with an area of improvement along with text response. Each participant has to choose 1) two good things and give text inputs as comments 2) two improvement areas and give text inputs as comments. Essentially, we have a list of 4200 - 4400 sentences as a response. This is a raw format and needs to be worked on to analyze, categorize and put in a presentable format.
