Hi there! I am an expert American programmer/webscraper with experience developing custom applications to collect data and automate tasks for well over 100 websites for clients here on freelancer. After reading over your project requirements I can give you my proposal here. You mentioned having an excel sheet with a web query; however I feel a simple app would be an even better fit as that would give you more flexibility and power to gather/analyze data in the future (initially it would be the same time/cost as building the code into the spreadsheet). That being said I would create for you a simple windows based app which would take your excel list of keywords as an input and then output your required information (a list of ASIN's and best prices for each keyword). In addition, I feel that having the app build a separate sheet would be useful as it would allow the data to be much more dynamic because it could output a new row for each ASIN/lowest price associated with a keyword (rather than building the sheet continually to the right into new columns as in your example); this would feel much like related tables in a database and could easily be exported to a database as well.
