Convert Pdf catalogs and files to excel documents

We have a number of catalogs in pdf format, and some excel files as well, that all need to be converted to excel spreadsheets. Go to [login to view URL] for an example of what would need to be converted (this example is flash format, but we have many pdf in similar fashion that would require extracting information quickly). Information would need to be put into columns, such as: Item name, Model number, price, colors, options, etc. Whats needs differs per manufacturer, but name, model, and price is needed for everything. This work is needed asap, so the quicker we can get to this, the happier we'll all be. Thanks for your consideration.
