I need to document the Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook usernames of all professional athlete's, coach's and team's (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB and soccer)

So , i have (nfl , nba , nhl , mlb) , on 4 diferent excels(finished), First of all i need the 5th sport that is participating the brazil 2014 world cup Soccer teams (32 teams with players and coach, in an excel). I need to find and document the Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook usernames(About 4000 copy paste from excel to insta gram twiiter and facebook) that will participate in the 2014 soccer world cup in Brazil.
