Create Business Plan For Start Up NonProfit Business

I need business plan for a simple senior transportation service to transporting customers to their medical appointments, with seniors scheduling a trip in advance; offering on-call transportation, similar to that of a taxi service; or coupling transporting seniors with escorting them on their errands and helping them shop. Must include cost to purchase wheel chair accessible van ($50 K). Initial investment will be $100,000 for van, licensing and marketing. Rate will be $2.60 per mile and $30 per hour waiting time. Average 100 miles per day. Also one employee at $24 K per year. Create profit and loss work sheet for both monthly and yearly on a $300 K loan. Must pull facts from local community about the number of seniors in the area and it growth. Name nursing and assisted living homes in the area.
