I'm looking for a virtual/administrative assistant to specialize in scheduling home tours for my real estate team. The goal is to make it full time eventually, but part time is okay to start off. Here are some additional details on requirements: Good English speaking and writing skills required. Please let me know your proficiency with English. This job will mainly entail taking a list of addresses and mapping them all online, then order them to minimize the amount of driving time to stop at all of the addresses. Once this task is done the real estate agents who have all of those properties listed for sale need to be contacted to schedule an appointment for me or one of my team members to go and see the properties in person on a certain day and starting at a certain time.
