As part of the experience, I have grown in different areas of responsibilities I have handled both paid and volunteer. I have been able to provide administrative support to management while serving as Administrative Assistant of a non-governmental organization. I work in a secretariat team that specializes in information management, scheduling meetings and developing agenda and minutes of meetings. On behalf of the organization, I send emails a means of communication both internally and externally. I also handle projects, seeing to the planning and execution of ideas.
I have knowledge of the use of the Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I have used the Excel Spreadsheet to deliver on financial statements, compile mailing lists e.t.c. Being a perfectionist, I am usually meticulous and pay lots of attention to detail. Time is always of an essence to me and I love to plan my responsibilities in order to be productive.
