customed automation needed to use a software's feature

We need a tool to automate the export of data from a software, using one of this software's feature. This could be done using a script or a customed application (if it should be a compiled one, my clients will need the source code and will compile it on their own computer). The solution should be able to : 1. manage several automated tasks in loop, 2. set up parameters before launching each export (following the user's instructions), using either screenscraping or logic to detect the buttons positions where it should click. 3. detect when a new [login to view URL] window pops up (which means the previous export is over and the next task should be launched) Please check the attached specifications Here are the details I need for each candidate : A. can you do this?
