DFW-IMC website asp.net conversion to DNN

I have a client with a website running in asp.net environment, which needs conversion to a dotnetnuke compatible website, for the purpose of levraging DNN CMS and enabling client and staff to update their web page content any time, without the need to contract out simple web page update jobs to contractors. Our client is a small new Solo Practice with no Technical staff; therefore the CMS user proces would need to be as "user-friendly" as possible. I m on behalf of my client seeking DNN experts wih experience implementing theses website transformatios from conventional asp.net websites to DNN-CMS ready websites, capable of providing CMS capability to websites that previously had none. The client is small and new their budget is tight (< $500), and probaly requires est project hours of less than 50 total hours if possible. We have seen other bids from other venues as high as 60 and low as 48, but client rejected them all for various reasons; such as: rates; total hours; and competents. Competents leadership, and expertise are very important, since nether client or I have anyreal technical experience with DNN CMS, and must fel omfortable we can rely on bidder's advice and counsel from project planning through implementation. Oter groups we tried to work with asked us more question than we asked them, and kept coming up with new requirements along the way to bid award and closure. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: 1) Provide for 1 English speaking project interface. 2) Convert Existing website to a DNN ready website. 2) Maintain all/most current website functions. 3) When possible use conversion tools to reduce effort. 4) Advise on all requirements for Project success. 4) Advise on all areas of Project unknowns. 5) Provide for 1 hour of Introductory usage trainng. 6) Allow or provide for 7-21 days of support. Note1:Nether client nor I have any DNN resources at this time, and must be advised of technical, cost and resource requirements to avoid confusion and a bid process that may go on too long .. Note2: Since my frm is an ISP reseller, we can initiate a unused web domain space for this project if necessary.
