Converting pdf or indd files into ebooks with fixed layout

Hi, I'm looking for a designer to convert my pdf files or indd files into ebooks (epub, mobi, etc) This is not a writing job! The books are already done! I want the files to be readable on Amazon kindle but also android phones and tablets via google reader app. This is important to keep a FIXED layout with the same font. They are kids books, so texts + illustrations. All already done. Ideally I would like people to be able to download one big file with thumbnails so that they can select directly the one book they want to go to, without having to flip through all the preceding pages. Please, only apply if you believe you can do the work. The project was already awarded to another designer who failed to keep the fixed layout and messed up all the illustrations.
