I have a Zelio PLC starter pack,SR2PACK2FU 20 i/o. I have two 24VDC inputs i shall call them A & B that need to be monitored as they need to stay in sequence. A-B-A-B-A-B etc and if they go out of sequence A-A-B or whatever sequence other than the original sequence the Zelio PLC needs to send a signal to interrupt a run circuit. This run circuit is currently running through N/O contacts on a 110V relay. I want to break into the run circuit and run the 110v through the PLC so the PLC removes the 110V from the relay therfore opening the N/O contacts on the relay.

I am a Controls Engineer in the states with several years programming experience. I have programmed on many PLC platforms, both discrete sequential applications as well as continuous process applications. I am confident I would be able to get this up and running in no time. The hardest part would be debugging since we are on different continents, however e-mail makes everything fast!
